Cold and Clear = Heavy Straps

Hit the wetland this morning with Fred Franklin and Jim Quickstad. With what looked like new birds showing up yesterday I figured we had better go try the wetland. On the ATV ride to the blind we kicked up a bunch of birds and I knew we were in good shape! At shoot time there were birds all over and we picked up a few before it died off. As soon as the sun hit the decoys the birds started responding well and by 9:30 we had limits for the 3 of us! It was a great hunt and the birds decoyed well!
